29 Nov Occidental Petroleum and NOMAC staff train at MEDRC

MEDRC’s world class continued education and training program saw employees from both OXY and NOMAC attend training sessions in Reverse Osmosis Operation Monitoring and Troubleshooting at the MEDRC desalination training facility in Muscat. Technical competence is a necessity for efficient operation of desalination plants. Plants with employees who are well trained in relevant technology and operations, perform significantly better than those with lower levels of training. 13 staff members from the Oxy Water Delivery Department attended a hands-on training course in November, while 6 Nomac staff benefited from a classroom training course conducted in October.
